I’m Kenzi, the photographer behind Second Banana Studio. If you’re the person saying “I’m so awkward in photos” or “my kids will never sit still for photos,” you’re my kind of people.
Behind the camera, I’m your hype girl and creative partner: I’ll tell you where to stand, what to do with your hands, and help you be yourself. I’m all about helping my clients be themselves in their photos so they leave with photos that actually look and feel like themselves.

Questions before you book? Totally normal.
Most sessions are delivered within 2–3 weeks. If I’m in a heavier season, I’ll tell you up front and confirm the exact turnaround before you book, so you’re never guessing.
Perfect! I don’t expect perfectly posed kids. Just let me know, and I'll plan for an energetic session that gives kids something real to do, such as playing games, reading stories, and so forth. Some of the best photos come from play!
Not at all. A lot of my clients say this. I’ll tell you exactly where to stand, what to do with your hands, and give you easy prompts so you’re never just “standing there.” Awkward is my specialty!
